Foam Holdings, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of custom EPS, EPP and ARCEL foam products. The company serves packaging, appliance, building products, cold chain, automotive, consumer and other general industrial end-markets. Foam Holdings is the result of the merging of four key acquisitions:  Drew Foam in November 2020, Huntington Solutions in December 2020, Insulation Corporation of America (ICA) in December of 2020, and Fabricated Packaging Materials (FPM) in November 2021.

These companies, along with a healthy add-on acquisition schedule backed by multi-billion dollar PE fund Wynnchurch Capital, make Foam Holdings one of the largest players in all of their respective industries.

• Drew Foam has been molding and fabricating EPS since 1965. Drew is a full service EPS block molding company with over 16,000 specialty items for the packaging and construction industries.
• Huntington Solutions specializes in shape molding, fabricated and flexible packaging, and cold chain solutions. Since their origination as Huntington Foam in 1991, they have cultivated strong relationships with their customers.
• Insulation Corporation of America is a manufacturer of block-molded expanded polystyrene. They have been supplying their customers with quality EPS products since their formation in 1981.
• Fabricated Packaging Materials has been producing high-quality EPS foam components since 1989.
